As a teenager inspired by Kung Fu legends (and Black Belt Theater every Saturday) Don always dreamed of studying Kung Fu and as for many, life came along and he had to put off his dreams. After a major health scare in 2008 and at the age of 50 in 2013 Don decided it was time to fulfill his dream and regain his health. ​“The moment I met these wonderful people I knew I was home” is how Don describes his first meeting with the Jow Ga Kung Fu family. Since then Don has dedicated time and resources to aid in the growth of all the students he meets. Don has a tremendous love of Noi Gong as well as Kung Fu and actively promotes the healing properties of both systems of training. Don hopes that everyone will see the benefits of committing a "kung fu lifestyle".
