Si Hing Greg Ambler
Greg has been studying Jow Ga Kung Fu with USJGMA for four years. This style of Kung fu has helped him face new challenges, both mental and physical, and has exposed him to new cultures and ideologies through participation in their lion dance and performance teams. Studying Jow Ga with the support of USJGMA instructors and students has helped Greg lose 40 pounds and regain some of the muscle functionality stemming from long-standing back issues. Because of that, he strives to understand Jow Ga's foundational concepts in various facets, and is passionate about sharing that knowledge in ways that both support and challenge students in an effort to help them overcome their own physical and mental obstacles.
